This is a really cute, clean and well kept little house. appliances are about 2 yrs old. AC unit is about 4 yrs old. Easy access to the interstate, downtown, grocery store, restaurants and banks. Patio is covered and has a large back yard. Neutral colors inside living area and kitchen. freshly painted on the outside. Stove is elec. but there is plumbing for gas. Hot water heater is gas also.
