This place has got to be one of the most peaceful places in East Texas - Hilly - covered in trees - covered in wildlife - 2 acre pond with tons of fish in it! The cute cabin could be all yours - needs a little bit of work - but the price reflects that - if it was fixed up, the opportunities are endless. A private retreat awaits a new family. A fish camp, a corporate retreat, or just a get away from the city. You will love it here! Oh and it gets better - there is another building that could be an art studio - it needs work as well, but it has a cool vibe.
