Great commercial location. Has been an Automotive shop, Used tire store, and currently the South end of the building is used to build and maintain race cars. This is an ideal location for many, types of business and in the heart of Greenville's retail activity. The building was built in 1975 (we think) but appears to be in good shape. There are 4 large shop doors on the front and 2 in the rear on the North End. The building in divided into two shop areas with each having an office and bathroom.
