Buyers of occupied properties are required to abide by all local, state, & federal laws & orders when working with occupants of acquired property. In response to the COVID-19 declared pandemic, local, state, & federal laws, regulations, & moratoriums have been enacted to protect those who suffer hardships & are negatively impacted by the virus. Buyer must sign acknowledgment indicating the Property & any or all occupants may be protected by occupancy laws or orders, & the buyer commits to honor & comply with all such applicable laws, regulations, orders, & moratoriums. Buyer agrees not to commence any court action or other legal proceedings to evict or dispossess the current occupants of the Property.
