Cassidy Ranch lies about 10 miles northeast of Breckenridge. This property features topography change throughout the ranch with over 130ft of elevation change. Multiple tanks provide water to livestock and wildlife as well as a seasonal creek that meanders through the southern part of the ranch. There is a mix of oaks, cedar, and mesquite trees that cover approx 75 percent of the ranch which provides great cover for whitetail deer, and other game species that live on the ranch. A small hunter's cabin sits on the southeast part of the ranch with electricity ran to it. Currently the owners brings their own water onto the ranch for their use.
