Tract 8 of the Tracts at Double Creek is the largest tract and is accessed off of CR 175. A creek area runs through the center of the property, with higher elevations on both sides of the creek which allow for excellent views of the surrounding hills! Lots of wildlife, with deer, turkey, dove, quail, and feral hogs seen in the area. There are several excellent building sites, or simply come out on the weekends to hunt, ride ATVs, and enjoy the country - there are deed restrictions but no requirement to build. This tract could also be combined with one of the smaller tracts that border it to the north, or Tract 9 (40.25 acres) to the east, call for details!
