Thweatt Farm consist of 400 acres of productive farmland located just outside the city limits of Wichita Falls. Its just east of I44 fronting the south side of East Rd. The land is nearly all farmland with level to slightly sloping terrain. There are a few trees around the ponds offering shade for livestock. Surface water consist of two stock ponds. There are terraces for erosion control, grass water ways and the entire boundary is fenced. Electricity is available along the west boundary. There is currently no public water available. There is no oil and gas production on the property. The seller does not believe to own any minerals.
